Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension. You receive your massage in a specialized ergonomic chair.
Chair massages are short in length and are performed while clothed so it is easy to do this type of massage at your location or at my office.

Heated bamboo massage is great for soothing tired muscles and general relaxation.
A bamboo massage is done with a hollow organically-treated bamboo cane of different lengths and diameters. The bamboo cane replaces the hand of the therapist. It is able to give a deeper, firmer massage and promotes a feeling of relaxation and well being.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Detoxify and re-energize your skin with a Seaweed wrap.
Seaweed is smoothed onto your skin from head to toe. Next, you are enveloped in a cocoon-like wrap to retain heat and activate absorption. While your skin is enjoying the warm wrap you will be relaxing while enjoying a face and head massage.

Relax as your body's lymph system is engerized to faciliate self detoxification. Your skin will be brushed with a dry brush following a particular pattern. You will feel energized as the brushing will increase blood flow to your skin, it will also clean pores and exfoliate dead skin. There have even been claims that dry brushing will diminish celluite.
After the brushing is complete your skin will be hydrated with lotion leaving you feeling like a new person. You will also receive a take home brush to re-live the experience at home!

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.
Depending on the areas being addressed sessions can last from 30 to 60 minutes.
